Alumni License Plates

Applications for Misericordia License Plates are now available!

Download the license plate application form (pdf).

You will need to print and submit the license plate application to the Alumni Relations office. We can also send you an application via regular mail.

The fee for a for a standard MU license plate is $45. The fee for a vanity MU license plate is $150 (this includes the additional $100 fee as referenced in section D of the application).

Please submit your completed application with a check made payable to Misericordia University at:
